3. Is misleading or deceptive in any way, contains misrepresentations or constitutes passing off of any person, entity or business;
4. Is otherwise offensive or inappropriate in the opinion of RealtyOnline
Information may be modified or deleted by RealtyOnline at its complete discretion if in the opinion of RealtyOnline the information contravenes clause 3 above in whole or in part.
The User warrants that they are the legal owner of the property offered for sale or rent, or otherwise have the full permission of the owner to publish information in relation to the relevant property.
The User agrees to indemnify RealtyOnline against any claims or legal proceedings brought against RealtyOnline by any person or entity arising from a contravention of these terms and conditions by the User, which indemnity shall include all damages, interest and costs awarded against RealtyOnline or otherwise incurred by RealtyOnline.
Users hereby authorise RealtyOnline to publish or provide copies of information supplied in relation to any property, to any third parties as appropriate.
In any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, West Australian law applies and the User submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Western Australia.
